Who is responsible

Marco Perez, who runs Sol y Luna under the Halcyon Pryce brand, in Mexicali, Baja California, Mexico. Contact: hola@solylunaapp.com.

What we collect and why

• Your email and language: to tell you when the app launches. That is the only reason you sign up.
• News (optional): only if you tick the box, we send updates about new content.

We don't ask for any information about your child. This site uses no cookies, analytics or advertising.

Who we share it with

We use Brevo (Sendinblue SAS, France) to send emails and store the list. We also keep a backup copy on our own server. We never sell or rent your data.

How long we keep it

Until you unsubscribe, or up to 12 months after launch if you never confirmed your email. The backup copy on our own server is only there in case Brevo fails, and it erases itself after 30 days.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, object to its use, or withdraw consent by writing to hola@solylunaapp.com. Every email has an unsubscribe link. We reply within 20 business days.

Changes

If we change this notice, we'll post it here with the new date.
