Terms of use

Last updated: October 9, 2026. These terms cover this website, the waitlist, the blog and our social media accounts. The app will have its own terms before it launches.

Who we are

Sol y Luna is a project by Marco Perez, who runs it under the Halcyon Pryce brand, in Mexicali, Baja California, Mexico. Contact: hola@solylunaapp.com.

Using the site

You can read the site and the blog, share its links and join the waitlist at no cost. Please don't use it for anything illegal, don't try to harm it, and don't sign up someone else's email without their permission.

Not medical advice

What we publish on the site, the blog and social media is general information that has helped us as a family. It does not replace advice from a doctor, therapist or other professional who knows your child.

Our social media posts

We post on our own accounts (for example Instagram and TikTok) about visual schedules and the app. Some images and videos are made with the help of artificial intelligence; when a person created with AI appears, we say so. The people acting in those videos are not our family or real customers.

Content

The text, images, and the Sol y Luna name and logo are ours. You can share the links and quote short excerpts with credit; for anything else, write to us.

No warranties

We do our best to keep the site working and the information correct, but it may have mistakes or be unavailable for a while. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for damages from using the site.

Changes and governing law

If we change these terms, we'll post the new version here with its date. They are governed by the laws of Mexico.
